Giornata trascorsa a Roma per il gruppo di studenti e insegnanti di Corning, cittadina dello Stato di New York, e gli amici dell’Ite Severi
Il gruppo di studenti e professori di Corning si è recato martedì a Roma per visitare la città capitale d’Italia ed i suoi prestigiosi monumenti.
Il gruppo americano è riuscito a visitare il palazzo del Quirinale (sede del Presidente della Repubblica) ed ha potuto ammirare i bei saloni di rappresentanza, le opere d’arte, lo studio del Presidente e vedere le prime tre copie della Costituzione italiana.
La visita è continuata poi con Il Colosseo, i fori imperiali, piazza Venezia e via del Corso. Molto contenti gli studenti americani ed i loro colleghi italiani che li accompagnavano per questa bella giornata trascorsa a Roma.
The Corning’s group of students and teachers has traveled Tuesday to Rome to visit the capital city of Italy and its prestigious monuments.
The American group was able to visit the Quirinal Palace (seat of the President of the Republic) and was able to admire the beautiful reception rooms, the works of art, the study of the President and see the first three copies of the Italian Constitution.
The visit then continued with The Colosseum, the Imperial Forum, Piazza Venezia and Via del Corso. The american students and their Italian colleagues who accompanied them where very happy for this beautiful day in Rome.
