Sabato dedicato ai saluti, da parte del gruppo americano di Corning ospite a San Giovanni. Dopo aver visitato il Museo delle Terre Nuove di palazzo d’Arnolfo ed il celebre mercato all’aperto del sabato mattina, gli studenti ed i docenti di Corning sono stati ricevuti dal Sindaco Maurizio Viligiardi. Ad attenderli in Comune, insieme al Sindaco, anche il Presidente del consiglio comunale Andrea Romoli, il vice sindaco Sandra Romei e l’assessore all’istruzione Barbara Fabbri. Domattina gli americani prenderanno l’aereo che li riporterà negli Stati Uniti. Sono molto felici di essere stati dieci giorni in Italia insieme ai loro amici italiani.
Saturdays in the City in San Giovanni Valdarno
The Saturday dedicated to the greetings by the American group of Corning guest in San Giovanni Valdarno. After visiting the Museum of Terre Nuove in Palazzo d’Arnolfo and the famous open market that it take place every Saturday morning, the American students and teachers received by the Mayor MaurizioViligiardi. Awaiting them in the Municipality, there was the Mayor Maurizio Viligiardi, the President of the City Council Andrea Romoli, the Deputy Mayor Sandra Romei and the Councilor for Education Barbara Fabbri.
